Service Exchange:
CJN Enterprise will provide a one-to-one exchange warranty for all our new and reconditioned parts for Twelve (12) MONTHS from the date the product is received. If you have purchased a part from us and it becomes faulty within 6 months, kindly contact us for an exchange (terms and conditions apply).
OTHER WARRANTY TERMS:
- If it is found that the defect(s) are due to improper installation / testing, unauthorized repair, alteration, and/or the serial numbers or part numbers are defaced / removed or mismatched from the original sold parts, the warranty will be void.
- To provide a peace of mind for choosing to purchase from us, we guarantee that the parts sold will not have any form of functional defects. Upon complaint of such occurs, we will arrange for a new unit to be sent to you upon availability. All defective parts must be returned to us within one week from the date of claim. The cost of the return shipping using our forwarder will be borne by us.
- Any warranty claims MUST strictly be received before the end of the warranty period. We will not honour any claims made against the defective parts after the warranty period ends.
- We will inspect all faulty units upon its return. Should there be any findings that the parts were initially working or if the parts became defective after delivery, the testing fees and/or shipping fees shall be borne by the client.
- CJN Enterprise is not an Authorized Distributor of the products and parts. Therefore, the manufacturer’s warranty may not apply. Please check the respective manufacturer’s website for more information.
